- Yes, our homebuddy take time stamped pictures of your property during each turnover or every month. So, you can rest assured your property condition from time to time.
- For short-terms and/or vacation rental, You’re always protected by Airbnb’s Host Guarantee and/or asset insurance by us to a maximum RM25,000.00. A third party public liability insurance up to RM500,00.00 coverage also included by us.
- For long-terms rental, We can handle the insurance coverage by our insurance partner MSIG and Zurich. The final insurance coverage approval & value will subject to the terms and conditions of our insurance partner.
Yes, according the regulation of LHDN. We will generate a monthly statement together with the yearly statement for your ease of rental income tax submission.
- After joining our community, you will be assigned to a friendly Homebuddy, who will be your direct point of contact throughout hosting with us. Their role is to report back to you on how your property is performing and advise on any improvements required to increase your properties earning potential.
