    What are your fees?
    Zero signup fees and subject to the selection of packages were started from 15% of the rental charges to client where lowest in the industry and payable once secure reservation. This structure means HomeBrickz only make money when you make money, which keep us 100% motivated to maximise your rental income.
    How do Smart Price Optimization work?
    To help you maximise your earnings, our experiences analysts will start by performing an in-depth review of comparable rental properties in your area & our database. Our dynamic rate engine will then continue to adjust your rates on the daily basis by accounting for a huge number of factors including occupancy, seasonality, and fluctuations in demand. This way, you can beat out the competition.
    How will you market my rental to potential guest?

    First, we craft out a listing that outshines the competition, complete with professional photos and an irresistible property description. Your rental will appear in major marketplace. We’ll also use paid search, displays ads, social media and our growing database of guests to create higher demands.

    Can I still enjoy my home for personal use?
    Of course! Subject to the selection of packages, you are welcomed block your calendar for personal use at any time as long as there isn’t booked by any guest during the desired date. However, if you’re only planning to rent out your home for anything less than 10 weeks each year, our service might not be best fit for you.
    What area does HomeBrickz cover?

    HomeBrickz is currently working on Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Melaka & Bangkok, Thailand only.

    Can I keep an eye on my property every month?
    • Yes, our homebuddy take time stamped pictures of your property during each turnover or every month.  So, you can rest assured your property condition from time to time.
    Can you provide insurance on my property?
    • For short-terms and/or vacation rental, You’re always protected by Airbnb’s Host Guarantee and/or third party liability insurance.
    • For long-terms rental, We can handle the insurance coverage by our insurance partner MSIG and Zurich. The final insurance coverage approval & value will subject to the terms and conditions of our insurance partner.
    Do I pay taxes on the income?

    Yes, according the regulation of LHDN. We will generate a monthly statement together with the yearly statement for your ease of rental income tax submission.

    How do I see my property's performance report?
    • After joining our community, you will be assigned to a friendly Homebuddy, who will be your direct point of contact throughout hosting with us. Their role is to report back to you on how your property is performing and advise on any improvements required to increase your properties earning potential.
